While standing attach the exercise tube, at chest height, slip the tube through both loops on the left and on the right of the 1 Minute Workout.
Place one foot in front of the other for good balance.
Move forward increasing the resistance by stepping further from the 1 Minute Workout system until a maximum chest press is achieved.
Step back slightly to lessen the resistance and continue until reaching another maximum chest press.
Repeat reaching maximum presses and inching back toward the 1Minute Workout until 60 seconds has elapsed.
